Patel Condo Residence

For my second residential design project, I created a modern, functional condo for the Patels, inspired by an art piece from their collection to reflect their aesthetic and cultural values. The goal was to design a universally accessible, sustainable “forever home” that blends elegance with practicality. I used eco-friendly materials, energy-efficient systems, and high-tech features to support long-term comfort and modern living. A vibrant yet balanced color palette, along with thoughtful use of lines, textures, and shapes, created visual depth and harmony. The result is a warm, inviting space suited for both daily life and family gatherings.
